In every case, start-up curve was exceeded and under budget. ¨ Responsibility for environmental compliance and regulatory reporting for a 1,300 tonne/day kraft pulp mill with no violations, citations or warnings over three years. ¨ Nineteen granted US and International patents (nine additional pending).

Jim's key accomplishments include: ¨ Developed and commercialized an improved elastic nonwoven material that provided better product performance, improved competitive advantage, and resulted in cost savings of over $2 million annually. ¨ Led technical material development programs for personal care businesses that met the needs of current and 5+ year vision products for US and international customers. ¨ Provided expert witness statements, depositions and testimony for a competitive arbitration case that resulted in a favorable settlement. ¨ Developed and taught a training course on Mechanics of Materials. Earned a SB degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT, completed graduate level courses in Polymer Science from Case Western Reserve University and the Institute of Paper Chemistry. ¨ Seven US Patents, with several pending. |
